Seasonal Bus Driver – Victorian Snow Resorts in 2025
Are you a safe, friendly, and reliable driver with a love for the snow? Do you want to be part of an incredible team in one of Australia’s premier snow resorts? We’re helping to Seasonal Bus Drivers for the 2025 winter season and want you to be part of the crew!
As a bus driver in a resort, you’ll play a key role in providing guests with a seamless and enjoyable experience, helping them get to the slopes, lifts and resort amenities. If you’re ready to work in a stunning winter destination we want to hear from you!
Position Available: Seasonal Bus Driver
(Full-Time & Part-Time Shifts)

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport guests to and from the resort’s key areas, including slopes, village, and accommodation
- Ensure comfort and safety while maintaining punctual schedules
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, answering questions and assisting with luggage or equipment
- Ensure the bus is clean, well-maintained, and ready for service
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving in winter conditions
Requirements:
- Valid Australian driver’s license (Medium Rigid or higher preferred)
- Previous experience driving buses or similar vehicles is highly desirable
- Ability to drive safely in snowy, icy, or challenging road conditions
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team
- Availability for the full duration of the snow season (June – September)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
